Office Manager
Description Our client is seeking a proactive and well-organized Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the efficiency of their office environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing vendor relationships, supervising office staff, and supporting company leadership with operational needs. This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: + Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies inventory and facility maintenance. + Supervise and support administrative staff to ensure productivity and collaboration. + Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting related to office operations. + Maintain accurate records, documents, and data filing systems. + Oversee vendor contracts and relationships, including service providers and office suppliers. + Organize and coordinate company meetings, events, and schedules. + Address any office-related issues promptly and professionally. + Serve as the key point of contact for internal staff and external stakeholders regarding office matters. Requirements + Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in office management, administrative support, or a similar role. + Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience. + Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software/tools. + Competencies: Strong organizational and project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. + Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally across all levels of the organization. + Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate office staff to create a collaborative and productive work environment.
