Description
Core Responsibilities
+ Direct and coordinate all office-based administrative operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow.
+ Partner with the billing team to guarantee precise and timely invoicing for all customers within the service area.
+ Record and process monthly billing entries accurately in the accounting system.
+ Oversee credit approval and management procedures.
+ Lead the customer service function, including staff scheduling, training initiatives, and performance evaluations.
+ Supervise accounts payable coding and processing, and forward finalized items for approval.
+ Collaborate with the collections department to secure prompt payment from clients, protecting cash flow stability.
+ Prepare weekly accounts receivable summaries, review results with leadership, and recommend strategies to improve days sales outstanding (DSO).
+ Maintain clear separation of financial duties to safeguard internal controls.
+ Ensure all local payment deposits are processed quickly and accurately.
+ Represent the company with professionalism in all communications with customers and team members.
+ Develop and present accurate monthly revenue forecasts for management review.
+ Reconcile disposal invoices against data in the Tower billing/dispatch system.
+ Complete and file required monthly and quarterly franchise reports on schedule.
+ Gather, verify, and enter operational and financial statistics to support productivity reporting.
+ Modify and refine Tower system reports as needed to support financial and operational analysis, including tracking new business, lost accounts, and service adjustments.
+ Work with Sales to monitor and update contract records, including expiration date tracking.
+ Provide support for payroll and human resources processes, ensuring deadlines and accuracy are met.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Education Level: High School
* Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience.
