Office Manager

Your Job Title: Office Manager

Job Location: Brasov - Romania (on-site)

Job Purpose: As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office in Brasov. You will be responsible for the delivery of all facility-related services. You will report to the Senior Manager Real Estate & Workplace Solutions (based in Sweden) and together you will ensure all Trimble policies and regulations are adhered to.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the FM suppliers utilized in the facility e.g. cleaning, security, mail, reception;

Ensure the site is compliant with EHS;

Manage tickets for facility related issues and respond in a customer centric manner;

Manage small projects related to the office e.g. employee moves, refits;

Responsible for physical security and ensure escort, when necessary, of non-Trimble visitors;

Support the site lead in contacts with the landlord or the landlord’s proxy;

Manage service contracts to ensure suppliers are performing and document completed work or nonperformance;

Perform other operational activities as assigned or required;

Work closely with the local management team to insure the best office experience for our employees.

Competence Requirements:

1-3 years’ experience from working with FM services;

Overall understanding of facility systems and work required to be performed e.g. HVAC maintenance etc;

Proficiency in MS Office and Google applications;

Excellent knowledge in Romanian and English. As a US company all communication are in English;

Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills;

Discretion, tact, independent judgment, flexibility, dependability, and accountability;

Confidence in self-appointed work with a high degree of self-discipline;

Ability to learn quickly and troubleshoot issues;

Clear communicator, detail-oriented, and organized.
