Office Manager
Role Purpose

To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office by managing administrative functions, facilities, and vendor relationships, while fostering a productive, well-organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities Oversee office operations, including supplies management, facility maintenance, and vendor relationships, etc. Manage office budgets, track expenses, and prepare related reports Manage office communications, orientation, and seating arrangements for employees Maintain custody of the company chop and support related processes Organize the annual dinner and other office events and activities Support meeting logistics in RHQ office areas or at offsite as assigned Support US visa application process for employees as needed Manage relationships with vendors such as canteen, real estate, housekeeping, security, and car rental companies Support vendor negotiations by providing data to GSM and process vendor bills in coordination with Finance Drive efficiency and cost optimization initiatives across office operations as well as employee satisfaction Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding administrative matters Serve as the primary point of contact for Information Security and Data Privacy matters, supporting DARM processes and related initiatives. Experiences/Education - Required Bachelor’s degree 8+ years of office administration experience
