Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations, including reception, phones, mail, and deliveriesMaintain and organize office supplies, files, and common areasCoordinate service and repairs for office equipment, phones, and tech setupManage incoming/outgoing documents, scanning, filing, and delivery logisticsSupport leadership with meeting prep, calendars, and travel coordinationSet up workstations, keys, and supplies for new team membersMaintain a clean, professional, and well-stocked office environmentOrganize internal meetings, team lunches, and company eventsTrack birthdays, milestones, and help create a positive office cultureAssist with internal communications and announcementsAssist property managers with notices, service contracts, and general admin tasksServe as liaison with janitorial, IT, building, and office supply vendorsQualifications
