Office Manager

Summary: Seeking a bilingual Spanish Office Manager experienced in HR, accounting, and administrative duties for managing office operations.

Must be bilingual in Spanish

Strong MS Word and Excel proficiency

Organizational and time management skills

Experience in onboarding and staffing

Basic knowledge of labor laws

Ability to provide a writing sample

Responsibilities:

Process new hire paperwork and set up preemployment screenings

Maintain employee PTO records and assist with payroll

Reconcile benefits and coordinate employee appreciation events

Handle admin expenses, reconcile corporate credit cards, issue petty cash

Serve as executive admin to CFO, maintain schedules, supervise vendor activities

Order office supplies and prepare internal forms for CFO functions



Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
