Office Manager
Description We are looking for a skilled and reliable Office Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Leesburg, Virginia. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for both staff and visitors. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in administrative support. Responsibilities: • Greet visitors and provide an organized and welcoming atmosphere for office traffic. • Manage office supplies, including inventory tracking and placing orders when necessary. • Perform receptionist duties such as answering calls, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries. • Oversee basic accounts payable tasks to ensure timely and accurate processing. • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring the functionality of office equipment. • Use Microsoft Office Suite to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed. • Coordinate with team members to support administrative tasks and special projects. • Ensure adherence to high standards in communication and office management. • Assist with additional office duties as required to support the team. • Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective organization and communication. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or administrative roles. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a detail-oriented demeanor. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. • Experience with basic accounts payable processes and financial record-keeping. • Familiarity with operating standard office equipment, such as printers and copiers. • Reliable and dependable with excellent organizational skills. • Previous experience in a business setting that requires attention to detail is preferred.
