Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Office Manager who can maintain a high level of confidentiality and commitment to professionalism. The ideal candidate will communicate clearly and concisely in both written and oral forms, work independently, and organize complex clerical tasks. Flexibility and adaptability in a variety of situations are essential, along with the ability to meet strict timelines and perform multiple tasks efficiently. A focus on cost consciousness and proficiency in office technology & software (such as CMiC, Office 365, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, etc.) is required.
ResponsibilitiesTrack all field safety documents for job site teams across multiple projects.Scan and log all subcontractor-required documents for multiple projects, including Daily Reports and Pre-Task Plan sheets.Assist field staff with correct coding and submitting expense vouchers.Key in craftsmen's weekly payroll.Assist with subcontractor bidding lists when available.Perform various data entries as needed.Communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with staff, vendors, subcontractors, and visitors.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsAdministrative support and office management experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant office software.2 to 3 years of office administration or management experience.Experience in payroll support, invoicing, and vendor validation.Additional Skills & QualificationsA welcoming personality and ability to care for the office and its people ('Office Mom').Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.Ability to work with frequent interruptions.Work Environment
This position is based in Sterling, VA, with office hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
