Office Manager
Description Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and create a productive, efficient work environment. As a critical member of the team, you’ll act as the backbone of the office, ensuring processes run smoothly while supporting employees and leadership with administrative, operational, and organizational tasks. Key Responsibilities: + Oversee all aspects of office management, including supplies inventory, vendor relationships, and facilities maintenance to ensure a well-functioning workplace. + Provide administrative support to leadership teams, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of reports or presentations as needed. + Serve as the first point of contact for office-related inquiries, including onboarding new employees, managing office policies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. + Track and manage office budgets and expenses, ensuring accuracy in accounting and recommending cost-saving measures. + Organize and execute team meetings, events, and celebrations, fostering a positive workplace culture. + Help develop and enforce office policies, procedures, and processes in alignment with organizational priorities. + Partner with IT or external providers to troubleshoot basic office technology issues, such as setup of office equipment or software. Requirements + 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Coordinator, or in a similar role + Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred. + Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Proficient in office-based software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Trello. + Ability to manage budgets and vendor contracts. + Self-motivated, with the initiative to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively. + Adaptable and calm under pressure, with outstanding people skills. + Commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
