We are seeking a proactive and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office facilities across [Italy/region]. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office infrastructure, office supplies, the company fleet, fleet service providers, and general administrative operations to ensure optimal functionality, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facility Management

Ensure the smooth running and maintenance of office buildings, utilities, and infrastructure.Oversee building services including cleaning, security, HVAC, and repairs.Coordinate with vendors and contractors for preventive and corrective maintenance.Manage office space planning, seating arrangements, and workspace optimization.

2. Office Supplies and Procurement

Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.Liaise with suppliers to procure quality goods and services within budget.Track expenses and prepare periodic reports on supply usage and costs.

3. Fleet and Supplier Management

Oversee company vehicle fleet, ensuring proper allocation, maintenance, and documentation.Manage relationships with fleet leasing or service providers and monitor contract compliance.Track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, servicing schedules, and insurance renewals.

4. Administrative Support

Support employee relocation, office moves, and onboarding logistics.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in the workplace.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in facilities or administrative management, preferably in a multinational setting.Strong knowledge of building systems, fleet operations, and vendor management.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Proficiency in MS Office and facility management systems (e.g., CAFM software).Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Fluency in Italian and good command of English.

Preferred Qualifications:
