Office Manager
Description We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado, on a Contract-to-Permanent basis. In this role, you will oversee administrative and support staff, ensuring seamless office operations and fostering a productive workplace. Your leadership will be integral to managing resources, coordinating personnel, and supporting the company’s goals. Responsibilities: • Supervise and assign tasks to administrative and support staff to maintain optimal team performance. • Oversee office resources, including supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance, ensuring timely procurement and organization. • Plan and manage calendars, meetings, and events to optimize scheduling and time management. • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Address employee concerns that are non-HR-related and monitor supervisory staff to uphold organizational standards. • Coordinate staff schedules and manage personnel assignments to sustain operational efficiency. • Prepare and present office performance reports to senior management, collaborating on strategies for improvement. Requirements • Proficiency in accounting software systems, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. • Experience with tools such as ADP, Concur, and CRM systems. • Familiarity with specialized software like Dentrix Dental Software and About Time. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Demonstrated ability to supervise teams and maintain a productive work environment. • Excellent communication skills, including experience in handling inbound calls. • Proven track record of maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
