Our client is seeking a temporary to permanent Office Manager to oversee daily operations and foster a professional environment in their office located in Silver Spring, MD!
About the Job:
Oversee the use of buildings for events, meetings, and projects while ensuring compliance and managing logistics.Address maintenance needs for buildings and equipment.Support vendor procurement and confirm their services align with operational needs.Maintain schedules, prepare correspondence, and support data entry.Complete additional tasks/special projects as needed.About You:
A bachelor's degree is highly preferred.3+ years of strong administrative or office management are required.Familiarity with healthy and safety regulations is a plus!Strong skills in MS Office Suite and other office management software.Able to communicate across levels and adapt to shifting priorities.About the Position:
