We are shaping the market with innovative EV charging technologies and are dedicated to driving an open and accessible market for electric vehicles, as well as planning and implementing secure grid connections to enable further growth of EV adoption.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Professional in Atlanta to assist in managing office operations, coordinating events, and supporting HR administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

You will make a difference with the following duties:

Office Management:

Oversee daily office operations and maintain a professional work environment Manage office supplies inventory and process purchase orders Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence Maintain filing systems and organize documentation Manage meeting room bookings and office seating arrangements Act as the first point of contact for office-related inquiries

Employee and Customer Events:

Plan and coordinate internal company events, including team building activities Organize and manage customer events, seminars, and business meetings Coordinate catering services and venue arrangements Manage event budgets and track expenses Handle event-related communications and invitations Create and distribute event materials

Human Resources Generalist Tasks:

Support HR team with administrative duties Assist with recruitment administration and onboarding processes Maintain employee records and HR documentation Process HR-related paperwork and ensure compliance Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field 3+ years of experience with the following: Office management or HR administration Strong organizational, time management, customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Ability to build presentations in PowerPoint Building dashboards in a data visualization tool like Power BI or Tableau Experience with HR software and databases Event planning experience Strong attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with a large ERP System like SAP Generative AI prompting experience with Chat GPT, MS Copilot or similar tool

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
