The Role:

Maintain and build on existing brokerage leasing marketSupport the leasing process, including property inspections, lease negotiations, and documentationAssist senior leasing executives in managing property appointments and tenant relationshipsConduct market research and prepare property reports and presentationsMaintain accurate and up-to-date property and tenant information in company Customer Records Management system (CRM)Collaborate with internal teams, including property management, marketing, and financeParticipate in business development activities and networking eventsContribute to the preparation of marketing materials and property listingsStay informed about local real estate market trends and competitor activities
