Office & HR Administrator & Sales Team Support
**Job Overview:** As the Office & HR Administrator & Sales Team Support, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient daily operations of our office, handling basic HR administrative tasks, and providing essential support to our sales team. Your ability to multitask and communicate effectively will help keep our small but busy office running smoothly. **Key Responsibilities:** **Office Administration:** + Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facility management + Serve as the primary point of contact for employees requests, IT related requests, office vendors and service providers + Supervise reception and organize company events, meetings, and travel logistics + Maintain records of expenses, utilities, and office assets **HR Administration:** + Assist with recruiting activities, onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records, contracts and HR databases + Coordinate with HR consultants and manage internal HR communications and announcements + Assist in payroll activities when needed + Manage company online portal and liaise with local authorities requests and applications **Sales Team Support:** + Organize and schedule office meetings, clients visits and team events + Assist with other administrative tasks to facilitate sales activities + Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, documents, and dashboards + Coordinate travel plans, accommodations, and logistics for the sales team and company visitors **Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field + Minimum 3 years experience in office management or administrative roles, ideally in a sales-driven environment + Strong organizational and multitasking skills + Excellent communication skills in English + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) + Ability to work independently and take initiative + Familiarity with DIFC regulations and working environment is a plus **What We Offer:** + A friendly, collaborative work environment in Dubai’s prestigious DIFC + Opportunity to grow within a small but dynamic company + Competitive salary and benefits package **Ralliant Corporation Overview** Ralliant, originally part of Fortive, now stands as a bold, independent public company driving innovation at the forefront of precision technology.
