We are recruiting for Office Helper in Tunisia.

The selected candidate will assist in the general office duties, attaining timely and proper sorting and distribution of mail/ documents; replenish office supplies, routine filing, photocopying and other routine functions as directed by the supervisor. Job involves a lot of local travelling to different offices for mails etc. Provides refreshments and services to departmental staff and guests.

Accountabilities:

Good relations with government agencies at terminal for day to day working like getting entry passes, gate pass etc. Also assisting in getting interline tickets and visas from various embassies.Ensure timely collection & distribution of mail/ documents/ office supplies from QR central mailing office and other departments. Open/ sort/ disseminate mail and maintain log registers.Assists in maintaining sufficient stock levels of office/ pantry supplies and service forms. Official documents/ mail to be distributed before COB each day. Personal mail/ documents to be distributed within 48 hours from receipt.Provides efficient support to office staff in maintaining effective stock levels.File documents, letters and other correspondence into the corresponding files to maintain up to date, neat and orderly files at all times. All documents to be filed in respective files/ folders within 24hours from time of receipt, with zero errors.Prepares & serves beverages hot/cold to employees and guests. Serve beverages promptly and properly, within acceptable standards and ensure the pantry is kept clean at all times.Ensuring the cleanliness of the office premises in line with health and safety standards.
