Our client, a Boston area life sciences firm, is seeking an Office Facilitator to join their team for 6+ months with the potential to convert permanent. This onsite role has hours from 8AM-5PM and is compensating $25 an hour. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.

Responsibilities:

Serve as liaison and backup to the office manager and receptionManage meeting room reservations, catering, and setup/cleanup logisticsHost on-site visitors and coordinate with team adminsMaintain cleanliness and stock of public areas and meeting roomsAssist with shipping, employee gifts, bereavement needs, and equipment maintenanceCoordinate with IT for AV needs and troubleshootingEnsure security and safety, including emergency response duties

Qualifications:
