What You'll Do

As the Office Experience & Events Manager for BCG Mexico, you’ll lead the daily operations of our Mexico City and Monterrey offices – creating a vibrant, efficient and welcoming environment where our people can do their best work.

Based in Mexico City, with occasional travel to Monterrey, you’ll oversee facilities, events, vendors and budgets, while driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction and community. You’ll also plan and execute internal and external events that showcase BCG’s culture, delivering exceptional experiences.

Key responsibilities:


Operations

Lead daily front- and back-office operations in Mexico City and Monterrey offices, including front-desk, concierge, cleaning and maintenance teams - ensuring excellence in appearance, safety, and efficiency in all spaces.Manage vendor relationships and building operations - negotiating contracts, resolving issues, and maintaining high-quality services across insurance, cleaning, maintenance, and safety providers.Oversee budgets, procurement and inventory for office operations and events -ensuring transparency, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Ensure compliance with BCG policies, local regulations and safety standards, while championing sustainability, DE&I and employee well-being.Manage facility projects such as renovations, space planning, lease negotiations and workplace improvements aligned with business priorities.Events & Experience
Design and deliver engaging internal events – retreats, celebrations, offsites and community activities that build connection and pride.
Coordinate in-office and offsite meetings with seamless logistics, catering, and AV support.Partner on external events such as alumni reunions and marketing activations, representing BCG’s brand with excellence.Collaborate across internal teams (Facilities, IT, Concierge, Admin Services) to deliver cohesive experiences and consistent office standards.Office Experience and EngagementAct as a culture ambassador – embodying and promoting BCG’s values of collaboration, respect and impact.Develop and implement initiatives that improve office experience, affiliation, recognition and morale for all staff.Lead internal communications that keep teams informed, inspired and connected to BCG at a local, regional and global levels.Address operational and workplace issues, with empathy, discretion and strategic problem-solving.Improve office technologies and support systems to enhance employee and guest experiences.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree required.+5 years of experience in office management, facilities, event or hospitality in a corporate or professional services setting.Proven experience leading teams, managing budgets, and overseeing complex logistics and vendor.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to new technologies.Flexibility to work occasional overtime during events or critical periods.

Additional info

This role currently requires 5 days a week in office presence. This in-office plan allows for critically important learning, collaboration and networking with our colleagues.
