What You'll Do
As an Office Experience & Events Assistant at BCG’s Philadelphia office, you’ll be part of the Office Experience team - a collaborative, service-oriented group that plays a key role in shaping the workplace and cultural experience. With a strong focus on hospitality, affiliation, and day-to-day operational excellence, you’ll support a variety of experiences that help staff feel connected, supported, and proud of their environment.
In this dual-function role, you’ll be responsible for both maintaining a high-functioning office and helping to execute events of all sizes, from marquee celebrations to cohort happy hours. You’ll support daily operations, collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Facilities, and Concierge, and deliver service with a can-do, hospitality-driven approach.

Additional Information
This role currently requires 5 days a week in office presence. This in-office plan allows for critically important learning, collaboration and networking with our colleagues.
Compensation Information:
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.
The base salary range for this role is $54,000-$60,667.
This is an estimated range and specific base salaries within the range depend on factors such as office location, experience, and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a discretionary bonus of up to 12% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
