We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Coordinator to support daily administrative and customer service operations at our Portland, MI location. Responsibilities:
The Office Coordinator performs a full range of administrative support duties, including cashiering functions (if applicable), balancing cash receipts, preparing bank deposits, and managing credit card receivables. This individual plays a key role in supporting sales, parts, and service departments while maintaining a professional and welcoming front office environment

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Sales Support

Scan and upload documents into Sales Workflow systems

Process credit card transactions and obtain customer signatures

Verify all required documents are included in each sales deal

Complete and mail monthly thank-you notes to customers


Aftermarket & Administrative Support

Assist with monthly customer follow-up calls and surveys

Provide backup support for Parts and Service departments

Prepare and balance bank deposits, cash receipts, Farm Plan, and credit cards

Receive and direct visitors and phone calls professionally

Distribute company mail and manage office supply inventory

Generate invoices, reports, and other documentation as needed

Maintain office equipment and ensure smooth day-to-day operations


Additional Duties

Support management in achieving company goals and policies

Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment

Maintain strong customer service standards and community reputation

Follow all safety rules and company procedures

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
3-5 years of clerical or administrative experience required

High School Diploma required

Strong attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems

Knowledge of basic accounting principles

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills


Competitive pay: $18-$20/hour (based on experience)
