Job Title: Office Services Associate 2

Job Description

The Workplace Experience Coordinator will be responsible for a dedicated zone or building, acting as the first line of response for all employee questions and needs in that area. This role involves ensuring daily space readiness to facilitate productivity without friction. The coordinator will proactively identify and solve issues before they become challenges for employees, serving as the 'eyes and ears' of the workplace.

Responsibilities

Provide high-touch support to employees in the workplace, including tools, support information, and wayfinding.Offer a warm welcome to all employees and guests, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with end users and cross-functional colleagues.Act as the first line of response to user questions, troubleshooting issues and following up as required.Regularly assess space readiness, ensuring workspaces, conference rooms, and offices are equipped and employee-ready.Submit work orders proactively to report repairs, required maintenance, and furniture issues before impacting users.Educate employees and visitors on equipment, processes, space use, workplace protocols, and etiquette.Address complaints, questions, concerns, and suggestions from employees, conducting follow-up as necessary.Capture 'voice of the customer' data, both quantitative and qualitative, to assess service needs and share with managers.Follow escalation protocols with knowledge of cross-functional teams’ responsibilities.Identify and escalate process improvement opportunities to management and collaborate on innovative solutions.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in administrative support, office management, and administrative assistance.Exceptional communication skills for interacting with individuals at all levels, including executive-level clients.Strong emotional intelligence and empathy.Detail-oriented, confident self-starter with exceptional organizational skills.Proactive with a 'can do' mentality and the ability to act with minimal information.Demonstrated integrity, accountability, self-awareness, and a strong work ethic.Professional demeanor, projecting an approachable and professional image.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in office administration.Strong business acumen.

This is a Contract position based out of Irving, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
