Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

•\tCode and process large, detailed invoices including mobile device services each month.

•\tPost LLC company transactions to general ledger accounts.

•\tPerform bank reconciliation monthly.

•\tCode and process vendor invoices for payment by making comparisons to purchase order and/or material receipts to verify quantities, prices, payment terms, and freight charges. Compute discounts and make sales/use tax determinations.

•\tResolve discrepancies on invoices or reports by interfacing with other employees, subcontractors, and clients.

•\tPrepare and submit credit applications to vendors.

•\tPrepare and process annual 1099 forms for all companies.

•\tPrepare and complete annual business tax filings for all companies.

•\tServe as backup for filing.

•\tPrepare special reports and complete other projects as directed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
