Office Coordinator
JSG is looking for a highly organized and proactive Workplace/Office Coordinator for our client in Mountain View, CA. This person will oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will ensure a productive, safe, and positive work environment by managing office supplies, facilities, vendor relationships, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
Office & Facility Management Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning office environment. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Oversee office maintenance, including repairs, cleaning services, and facility upgrades. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols. Administrative Support Manage front-desk activities, including greeting visitors and handling calls. Assist with scheduling meetings, managing conference rooms, and handling office events. Support onboarding activities for new hires, including workspace setup. Employee Experience & Culture Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, office events, and celebrations. Assist with internal communications, ensuring employees are informed about office updates. Support workplace policies and promote a positive work culture. Technology & Equipment Management Ensure office equipment (printers, phones, IT devices) is maintained and functioning. Coordinate with IT teams for workstation setup and troubleshooting. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in office administration or facilities management. 1+ years of experience in an office coordination or administrative role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace. Ability to problem-solve and work independently in a fast-paced environment. $20/hr.
