We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our HR team in Tallinn, Estonia. 

 

Main responsibilities

Organizing office operations and procedures Responding/forwarding phone calls and emails. Administrating outgoing/incoming mail Compiling documents (including archiving and maintaining in digital format) Monitoring office supplies inventory and placing orders Preparing meeting rooms for meetings and training (internal and external) Greeting and assisting visitors when they arrive at the office Arranging employees` business trips Communicating and cooperating with the company suppliers Organizing company-wide and team events Supporting employer branding activities Being the go-to person for the Management Board

 

Main Requirements 

Experience in a similar role is a big plus Excellent knowledge of Estonian and English (written and spoken) Proficiency with MS Office and general office equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask Attention to detail with strong planning and problem-solving skills Great team player with a creative mind B-category driving license Willingness to work fully on-site at the office
