About the Role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Operations/Office Clerk to support key administrative, mail processing, and facilities functions across the organization. This role offers variety, independence, and the opportunity to support multiple teams within the company. It is an excellent entry point for individuals seeking long‑term growth and career pathways.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00am–4:30pm or 8:30am–5:00pm (30‑minute unpaid lunch)
Key Responsibilities
+ Demonstrate commitment and behaviors aligned with Network Health’s mission, values, and vision.
+ Follow all organizational, regulatory, and credentialing requirements.
+ Receive, sort, stamp, and log U.S. and interdepartmental mail in QuickBase as required.
+ Draft, edit, and proofread reports, correspondence, presentations, and internal communications.
+ Perform office support tasks including scanning, faxing, photocopying, phone coverage, and creating spreadsheets/graphs.
+ Maintain and update filing systems and retrieve materials as needed.
+ Prepare weekly and monthly statistical reports and maintain internal forms.
+ Order department supplies (letterhead, envelopes, specialty forms, etc.).
+ Respond to information requests and maintain department calendars and files.
+ Work independently and collaboratively on recurring and special projects.
+ Provide backup coverage for the Receptionist as needed.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
+ Create, edit, and maintain departmental databases.
+ Coordinate meetings and events, including catering, room setup, and cleanup.
+ Record, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes.
+ Check faxes hourly and route to appropriate team members.
+ Process and distribute Payment Option Forms and Housing Forms.
+ Complete invoices for the Member Experience team and submit for approval.
+ Conduct weekly physical inventory of office supplies and fulfill internal supply requests.
+ Receive equipment and supply deliveries; verify accuracy, unpack, and stock items.
+ Keep copy centers stocked and organized.
+ Maintain clean, orderly receiving areas and serve as liaison to cleaning vendors.
+ Ensure conference rooms are organized and stocked.
+ Manage paper and printing supply inventory.
+ Process and record incoming/outgoing packages using commercial delivery services.
+ Perform weekly checks of AEDs and blood pressure monitors.
+ Process administrative services invoices and route to Finance.
+ Maintain cleanliness of the “Collaborateria” and perform weekly refrigerator cleaning and bi‑annual deep cleans.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
+ Office-based role with a dedicated cubicle workspace.
+ Ability to move throughout the building and assist with facilities tasks.
+ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs several times per week.
+ Occasional ladder climbing (up to 8 ft) for supplies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
+ Minimum of 4 years administrative or office support experience in a fast-paced environment.
+ Experience handling incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Menasha, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.25/hr.
