Summary: Supporting immediate office, agent and employee needs by performing the following duties personally.\n
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\n\nAid Operations with projects.\nAid Accounting with projects.\nAid Human Resources with projects and mailings.\nCover phones for Receptionist during lunch hours.\nTrack HR Office Supplies and keeping cabinets stocked.\nPayroll - check disbursement.\nSet-up email accounts for Agents.\nOther projects as assigned.\n\n

Education and\/or Experience \n
High school student or graduate (or equivalent - GED); 0-2 years related experience and\/or training;\n
Competencies: \n\nAbility to handle heavy phones.\nAble to effectively communicate and work closely with diverse groups\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nHighly organized and able to prioritize\nReliable - must be punctual\nBasic skills of entire Microsoft Office suite (i.e. excel, word, power-point and access)\nFocused on the business\n\n
