About the position: 

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Operations Clerk is responsible for the administrative tasks within the warehouse.

What you’ll do: 

 

Manage purchase orders (PO) to include receiving, put away, scanning, and uploading bulk products 

Assist with inventory adjustments 

Handling all inbound and outbound shipment paperwork 

Railcar paperwork, tracking and placement 

Tote tracking, labelling, birthing/rebirthing, and retirement/unretired 

Process order receipts and completion 

Credit memos 

Daily bulk cycle count reconciliation 

 

What we would like from you: 

High school diploma or equivalent  

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in operations/warehouse 

Strong organizational, mathematical, computer and clerical skills  

Demonstrated proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office suite preferred
