Position Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Clerk to support the Janitorial Department at our baseball stadium. This role plays a key part in ensuring the department runs efficiently by handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, and assisting with communication and coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, event-driven environment.
Pay: $23.00 an hour
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Shift: Part-Time 8am-2pm (Days Worked with Vary) Need to be available for work on Weekend

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily administrative tasks for the Janitorial Department. Maintain staff schedules, attendance logs, and shift rosters. Track and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Prepare and file reports related to cleaning operations and maintenance. Support communication between janitorial staff and other stadium departments. Help onboard new janitorial team members by organizing paperwork and orientation materials. Respond to internal requests for urgent cleaning needs during events. Maintain organized filing systems for department records. Assist with payroll and timesheet processing. Coordinate safety meetings and training sessions.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. 1–2 years of clerical or administrative experience preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and game days. Experience in a stadium or large venue setting is a plus.Working Conditions:
Office located within the stadium; occasional walking throughout the venue. May require standing or walking during events to assist with coordination.
