We are seeking a dependable Clerk to support our client's administrative and operational teams. This role handles a variety of clerical tasks including filing, data entry, mail processing, and customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable interacting with clients, participants, and team members. Key Responsibilities:
Accurately file and manage documents
Open, sort, and route incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail
Operate office equipment such as scanners, copiers, and fax machines
Provide administrative support and assist with data entry in business systems
Respond to participant, landlord, and client inquiries with excellent customer service
Provide back-up coverage for receptionist duties
Complete required Housing Choice Voucher certification within 120 days of hire
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or public service experience preferred
Experience in a customer service or administrative role
Proficient with MS Office and comfortable with data systems
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Working Conditions:
Full-time, on-site position with regular office hours
Frequent interaction with visitors, clients, and staff
Must maintain regular attendance and punctuality
