Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to manage email communications, phone interactions, and order management for our valued customers. This role involves supporting internal sales representatives and occasionally accompanying them to client meetings.
ResponsibilitiesHandle email communication from clients regarding orders and projects.Spend phone time primarily with internal sales representatives and occasionally with clients.Manage customer orders efficiently and accurately.Occasionally accompany Sales Representatives to client meetings.Essential SkillsProficiency in data entry and administrative support.Strong customer service skills.Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.Effective emailing and phone communication skills.Customer service-oriented approach.Additional Skills & QualificationsExcellent in-person communication skills.Keen attention to detail.Prior experience working with customers is advantageous.Work Environment
The position is based in a small office environment alongside four other Customer Support team members. The General Manager is actively present throughout the day, providing a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
