As a  Security Guard stationed at an Office Building Entrance , there is a high focus on customer service, Visible Deterance and De-escalation  since you will be working with people in all shift in an Office Building  and  make sure they are safe.

Hourly wage of $ 17.50 We will invest in you, covering the costs of continuing education through GardaWorld Academy Permanent Position: Monday to Friday ( 1600-2000) Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities for Office Building Entrance Security Guard Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors Access Control duties  Deter any criminal activity Provide safe walk to employees Engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues. Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site. Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams Complete Daily reports and Write incident reports and communicate security concerns Qualifications for Office Building Entrance Security Guard Be authorized to work in Canada Hold a valid Manitoba security license Tactical experience ( An asset for this site) Be able to work outside Leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a stressful environment First aid certification an asset Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
