Provides Administrative Support and Facility Management Support.
1. Performs a variety of general administrative tasks, in support of the day-to-day operations such as preparing reports and correspondence, and meeting arrangements, answering phones, filing, and sorting and distributing mail, in support of the day-to-day operations of an office, group or customer.

Provide front desk reception, visitor control and escort when required.Cross check all foreign visitors against the Approved Foreign Visit Request List with our Facility Security Officer.Issue appropriate GDIT visitor badge to all site visitors Provide setup and take-down for periodic meeting spaceProvide setup and take-down for recurring meetings, VTC setup as requiredOrder office suppliesDistribute mail and UPS/FedEx packagesPrepare outgoing FedEx shipmentsPayment of monthly parking feesStock printing supplies for copierAssist SNRs with emergent requirements, issues and requestsFacility Management Support
Assists the Site Manager for all Facility Support, and with coordinating coverage. Duties include assistance with;
Providing client support for all Foreign Liaison Offices for facility issues and special facility projectsDevelopment of briefs on facility issues for JPO personnel, GDIT Site Manager and GDIT upper managementAlternate point of contact for all property management: maintenance, evacuations, special projects, and invoicesCoordinate maintenance and repairs of all facility issues, and facility equipment problems, including data and telephone serviceBadge and access control, alternate POCMonitoring of visitorsKey control, alternate POCBackup for nighttime lockup: secure doors, alarm, lightsConference Room Support
Manage conference schedule, usage requests and support requirementsMaintain visitor logs and rosters for meetings, providing a record of all visitorsAssist conference room meeting leaders in AV and VTC setup and support for meetingsMaintain the cleanliness and readiness of all conference rooms and team roomsAnnounce meeting locations by posting signage on conference roomsProvide escorts for visitors, as needed2. Compiles and prepares monthly status reports.
3. Collects and inputs time-sheet information into automated accounting system and processes labor corrections.
4. Processes purchasing requisitions and invoices.
5. Serves as point of contact for the office or group on issues relating to purchasing, customers, and vendors.
6. May provide work leadership to less experienced clerical and administrative personnel.
7. Participates in special projects as required.
Education and experience: Bachelor's Degree or 6years experience or an Associates Degree plus 4 years experience.
Must be able to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.
