Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will need:

To greet customers in the branch in a professional and friendly mannerTo focus on customers' needs by anticipating, understanding and responding to the needs of the internal and external customers to meet or exceed their expectations within the organizational parametersTo foster teamwork by working cooperatively and effectively with others to resolve problems and make decisions that enhance organizational effectivenessTo identify and escalate risks and issues promptly
