Our client in Oakland, PA is hiring a contract Office Administrator for a part time job opportunity for 20-25 hours a week. The contract is supposed to be 6-8 weeks. Compensation: $20–$21 per hour, based on experience.
Parking: Free onsite parking provided
Schedule: Part-time, Monday–Friday, 10:00am–2:00pm or 10:00am–3:00pm
Start Date: Thursday, December 18, 2025

Why This Position is Open:
This is a temporary role to provide coverage during the current Office Administrator’s planned medical leave. Hiring ASAP to allow for thorough cross-training before her leave.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to resident and internal email inquiries
Distribute communication to building residents (e.g., fire drills, community updates)
Collect checks for dues and payments for planned events (e.g., art shows, holiday parties)
Organize checks for weekly pick-up by management
Minimal accounting tasks (all detailed items handled offsite)
Coordinate with management and vendors as needed
Perform general office support tasks as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous office administrative or front desk experience preferred
Comfortable with MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook; minimal Excel)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Dependable, detail-oriented and proactive
Ability to work independently and onsite
No formal degree required
Training: Comprehensive cross-training provided by the outgoing Office Administrator prior to her leave.

Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle receptionist duties and manage inbound calls.
• Experience with scanning and maintaining document records.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
