Office Assistant

About the Team:

We are expanding our Administration/Support/Service team across Istanbul and looking for Office Assistant to join us in Istanbul with Division Aftermarket.

 

What you can look forward to as Office Assistant:

Scheduling internal and external meetings of GM (who he/she will directly report to), preparing necessary documents, reports, presentations. Managing the company's telephone traffic. Tracking and ordering overall administrative needs, purchasing office supplies. Managing the flow of incoming and outgoing documents to the company. Being responsible for all company domestic and international travel and visa arrangements. Assisting the whole team regarding travelling activities.

 

Your profile as Office Assistant:

University graduate in the related field, around 4 years of experience in a multinational company. Fluent in both spoken and written English and Turkish. Good planning, organizational and follow up and communication skill. Proficiency in MS Office programs, good command of presentation and reporting tools. Living or willing to live in Asian side of Istanbul.
