**Postion Summary**
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to support smooth office operations while also contributing to sales execution?
We are looking for an Office and Sales Administrator. This position includes full administrative support to the office, coordination with internal stakeholders, and assistance in sales administration activities to help deliver commercial objectives.

**A day in the life of Office and Sales Administrator for Macedonia & Kosovo**
+ Handle day-to-day office operations (supplies, phone communication, travel bookings, internal coordination)
+ Coordinate internal administrative processes via Helpdesk (onboarding/offboarding, IT, facility needs)
+ Track employee attendance and provide monthly reports to Payroll
+ Support car fleet operations (fuel cards, maintenance, documentation)
+ Maintain internal records, manage office stationery stock, and ensure office tidiness
+ Provide support in organizing trainings, events, and medical check-ups
+ Create purchase requisitions, manage purchase orders and coordinate invoice processing
+ Monitor and control telecom budgets (fixed/mobile), and ensure accurate inputs in SAP
+ Update pricing in reports based on inputs from the Pricing Team
+ Support monthly monitoring of TTS investments and sales budget tracking (MKD/KOS)
+ Open accruals, track execution, and support closure of budget activities
+ Generate sales administrative reports for internal business reviews
+ Support accurate demand planning through report inputs
+ Act as Data Protection Officer and Health & Safety Champion
**What will make you successful?**
+ University degree in a relevant field (economics, business, or similar)
+ Experience in administration is a strong plus
+ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
+ Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
+ Strong communication skills and a high sense of ownership
+ Fluency in Macedonian and English (spoken and written)
+ Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); SAP experience is an advantage
