Office and Facilities Manager Benelux

As our Office & Facility Manager for the Benelux region, based in Diegem, you will ensure a welcoming, safe, and efficient workplace across our locations in Diegem, Breda, Sittard, and Rijswijk. You will lead office, facility, warehouse, logistics, and fleet management activities while supporting local teams and ensuring smooth operations. This role is hybrid, with **four days per week on-site in Diegem** to maintain close connection with the team and facility activities.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Oversee facility management operations, including contracts, maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and workplace improvements across Benelux locations.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords and service providers.
+ Lead office management activities, including coaching front‑desk and reception staff and ensuring continuous coverage and smooth site operations.
+ Supervise warehouse and logistics clerks in Belgium and the Netherlands while ensuring safe, compliant operations in Diegem and Rijswijk.
+ Manage fleet operations and vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with planning and budgets.
+ Support planning and coordination of internal and external events, such as customer seminars, leadership meetings, and company‑wide gatherings.
+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and participate actively in workplace health & safety committees.
+ Support trade compliance activities across imports, exports, and required registrations.
+ Drive improvements that enhance workflows, employee experience, and operational efficiency.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Experience leading office, facility, warehouse, or logistics operations, ideally across multiple sites.
+ Strong interpersonal and people‑management abilities.
+ Confidence working with contracts and external partners.
+ Ability to evaluate processes, use data to guide decisions, and propose improvements.
+ Fluency in Dutch and English; French is an advantage.
+ Comfort with common digital tools (documents, spreadsheets, presentations, databases).
+ A flexible mindset and ability to manage changing needs.
+ Willingness to work **four days per week on‑site** in Diegem.
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**
+ Background in trade compliance, fleet management, or safety procedures.
+ Experience supporting customer events or leadership meetings.
+ Experience collaborating with logistics service providers or coordinating warehouse operations.
+ Knowledge of workplace safety regulations or experience on safety committees.
