Responsibilities:
Office Administration: Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting clients and vendors. Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
Inventory and Merchandising Support: Assist with inventory management, including tracking incoming and outgoing merchandise. Help prepare new items for display, ensuring all pieces are properly tagged and cataloged.
Sales and Client Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as preparing client invoices, processing payments, and scheduling appointments. Assist in maintaining client records and follow-up communications.
Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately enter and maintain data in our point-of-sale (POS) and inventory management systems. Generate regular reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
Special Projects: Assist with various projects as needed, including organizing special events, and preparing marketing materials.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with POS systems or inventory management software is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for the jewelry industry is a definite advantage.
