Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Office Administrator to join our team! In this role you will will maintain and monitor project coordination, plans, schedules, working hours, organize meetings, and provide administrative assistance and office support to ensure effective operation for the Department

What You'll Be Doing:

Manage GM's office includings appointments, meetings, calls, e-mails, coorisponding system and etc

Taking care of all logistics such as arranging trips/bookings, accomodations, and transportations.

Developing repors and presentations

Coordinate activities, resources, schedules and information

Liaising with the client to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives and to ensure that client needs are met

Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management

Administer and organize all types of administration activities from simple activities to more complex plans

Analyze risks and opportunities

Work closely with the GM/Directors, peers to prepare comprehensive actions plans, including resources, timeframe for the project

Will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties such as maintaining documentation and handling files 

Perform administrative liaison functions between other Offices and the directorate of CP& Departments

Filing, photocopy documents and make the distribution as required per the Royal Commission standard procedures

Maintain documents by listing the documents and storing them at the designated places

Act as point of contact and communicate status to all participants and attend telephone calls as required

Prepares and develops statistical reports to related work. And such other reports as needed by the GM

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/SCM/Accounting or related field from a recognized University.

Minimum of 0 to 3 years of project experience in project coordination, document controlling, administration, support and secretarial works

Ability to prepare project’s reports, organization structure, flow charts, schedules and action plans

The candidate should have solid organization skills including multi-tasking and time management

Strong working knowledge of computer Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint presentation and data processing software

Punctual, show commetments all the time.
