Position Summary

The Office Administrator supports daily office operations and ensures a well-organized, efficient, and welcoming workplace. This role provides administrative, facility, and employee support while coordinating communication, office resources, and basic financial processes. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Facility & Workspace Coordination

Oversee workspace organization, seating plans, and office layoutCoordinate office maintenance, repairs, and vendor servicesEnsure office safety and compliance with facility guidelinesSort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages, Ups and FedexIssue Employee security badges using C-Cure

Financial & Record Management

Process invoices, expense reports, and basic budgeting tasksManage office records, files, and documentationSupport purchasing activities for office materials and equipment

People & Team Support

Assist with onboarding by preparing workspaces, equipment, and orientation materialsServe as a point of contact for employees, visitors, and guestsAnswer and redirect incoming calls Contribute to Team Konnect, TK United, and Health & Wellness team initiatives by creating event communications and supporting participation

Communication & Coordination

Manage office‑wide communications and announcementsCoordinate events, meetings, or travel arrangementsLiaise with internal teams and external partners

Key Competencies

Strong telephone, verbal, and written communication skillsExcellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilitiesListening skills and a customer service mindsetProfessionalism and ability to handle pressureAbility to keep others informed and maintain positive working relationshipsManage basic office technology Experience such as conference room systems, printers, I-Office, C-Cure, Oracle, Coupa, Climate Zone Studio a plus

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of five years of relevant administrative or office coordination experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)Must be able to lift and move up to 35 lbs.

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:

$45,400.00 - $96,000.00
