Office Administrator (Customer Support Focus)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | First Shift

Reports to: Customer Service Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Office Administrator to support customer service operations and internal teams. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently while maintaining accurate sales and administrative records.

Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary contact for customers via phone, email, fax, and written correspondenceHandle order entry, pricing inquiries, product availability, scheduling, delivery timelines, packaging, and shipping questionsProcess warranty claims and communicate current promotions and specialsMaintain accurate sales documentation including invoices, credit information, and shipping recordsCoordinate with inventory control, production, and shipping teams to confirm delivery dates and track delayed or missing shipmentsLiaise with outside sales representatives and managers on behalf of customersPartner with the accounting team on receivables, collections, retailer chargebacks, and RGA processes related to customer complaintsUtilize ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel and Word) to manage administrative tasksMaintain an organized, clean, and safe work environmentPerform additional administrative or customer service duties as assignedRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong customer service and communication skillsExperience working with ERP systemsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational abilitiesProficiency in data entry and general office administrationComfortable working in a fast‑paced office environmentPreferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDExperience with AS400 (preferred)Familiarity with EDI programsStrong written communication and problem‑solving skillsAdaptability, dependability, and consistent attendanceInitiative and willingness to take on additional responsibilitiesHow to Apply

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
