The Office Administrator will be responsible for answering phones, greeting visitors, order entry, and providing general administrative support in a manufacturing facility.
ResponsibilitiesGreet incoming visitors, ensure they are signed in, and connected to the appropriate internal contacts.Answer incoming phone calls and assist callers with their needs and questions.Scan, copy, and file documents as needed.Process orders including data entry and paperwork management.Maintain a database of production documents and inspection records.Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.Issue purchase orders.Perform other administrative duties as needed.Essential SkillsExperience in administrative support.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Office or administrative experience in manufacturing, industrial, or a relevant industry.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with ERP systems such as SAP, Sage, or Oracle is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A creative mindset with the ability to suggest improvements.Highly ethical, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential material.Ability to multi-task, prioritize commitments, manage time effectively, and work independently to meet time-sensitive deadlines.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Work EnvironmentThe position is located in a manufacturing facility, specifically at the front desk area and offices within the building. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a one-hour unpaid lunch. The dress code is business casual.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
