We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to ensure the smooth daily operation of our Medford office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, staying on top of details, and supporting a variety of administrative and facilities‑related tasks.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain office cleanliness, organization, and supply inventoryWelcome, accommodate, and assist visitorsManage office-related requests, including travel arrangements and occasional breakfast/lunch ordersSupport invoicing, bill payment, and other basic administrative tasksAssist with simple computer hardware setup or decommissioning (e.g., monitors)Coordinate scheduling for meetings and internal activitiesPlan and support office events such as holiday parties, trainings, and team‑building activitiesManage occasional catering needsOversee furniture requests and assist with light setupHandle FedEx shipments, postage, and general mailroom responsibilitiesQualificationsPrevious experience in office administration or facilities coordination preferredStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environmentProfessional communication skills and a customer‑service mindsetComfortable working onsite and assisting with occasional physical tasksJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Medford, MA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
