Office Administrator Medford, MA Full-Time | Onsite Responsibilities + Maintain office cleanliness and supply inventory + Accommodate and assist visitors + Handle office requests such as travel arrangements and occasional breakfast/lunch orders + Support invoicing and bill payment activities + Assist with basic computer hardware setup or decommissioning (e.g., monitors) + Coordinate scheduling for meetings and internal needs + Plan and support office events (holiday parties, trainings, team activities) + Coordinate occasional catering + Manage furniture requests and assist with light setup + Handle FedEx shipments, postage, and general mailroom tasks Qualifications + Previous experience in office administration or facilities coordination preferred + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail + Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment + Professional communication skills and a customer-service mindset + Comfortable working onsite and assisting with occasional physical tasks Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Medford, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
