•\tAnswer phones, general office support. \n•\tGreet customers/vendors/visitors - visitor badges and how to make more, frequent visitors, intercepting those without an appointment. \n•\tManages replenishment of hospitality lounge \n•\tKeep breakroom coffee/utensils stocked. \n•\tMakes catering arrangements \n•\tArranging car services/uber for guests as needed- sales meetings \n•\tManages conference room calendar \n•\tAssists w/ booking travel arrangements for all out of town visitors/guests \n•\tMaintains Front Office Expense Report & Submission \n•\tAssists with onboarding of employees & general HR support. \n•\tManages facility improvement projects\n•\tVendor Management - general facility needs (ie: janitorial, office supplies, etc)\n•\tWorks with Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety employees to ensure and maintain compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory standards of quality.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Post Falls, ID.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
