Job Title: Office AdministratorJob Description

The Office Administrator will perform administrative tasks to support operations and accounting. This role involves ensuring inventory accuracy, managing documents, handling invoicing, and performing other tasks to ensure smooth business processes.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process customer invoicing accurately and on time.Perform system inventory adjustments.Coordinate finished products for shipping and ensure timely delivery.Scan, file, and organize documents for easy retrieval.Maintain organized files and records.Assist with reconciling inventory purchases, inventory costs, and validating the costs.Other duties as needed to assist the departments.Essential SkillsExperience in administrative assistance and office administration.Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.Additional Skills & QualificationsBasic knowledge in purchase orders or invoicing is beneficial.Work Environment

The work environment is in a newer, clean, and comfortable facility. The role is office-based but may sometimes require going into the warehouse to check inventory levels. The position follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00am to 4:00pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break. The dress code is business casual. The company offers 10 paid holidays, employee appreciation events every month, and a summer schedule from Memorial Day to Halloween, where employees leave at 11:00am on Fridays, making up the hours during Monday to Thursday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Earl, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
