Our client, a financial services and wealth management firm, is currently seeking a office administrator to join their team in Markham, ON. The office administrator will help with the following: • Pull physical paper documents for clients • General data entry and documentation • Sorts verify and then input and scan the documents into the internal platform • Save the scanned documents to our shared drive and then, with direction shred the original documents Qualifications: 1) Experience working in an office setting OR is a graduate in Business, Finance, Economics, OR Commerce 2) Able to work 5 days a week in office in Markham, ON 3) Start a new job on Jan 5, 2026 Duration: 6 month contract to start with opportunity of extension OR conversion to permanent Pay: $20 - $21/hr Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Markham, ON.
