Job Description
The Office Administrator for the Butler, PA facility plays a crucial role in this dynamic, small shop environment. This position encompasses various responsibilities, including customer service, materials purchasing and scheduling, as well as assisting with light inventory and packaging tasks as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong organizational and communication skills, and is adept at managing direct customer communication, orders, and tracking.
Responsibilities
Answer and transfer phone calls, screening them when necessary.Have a basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.Respond to and resolve administrative and customer inquiries and questions.Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.Ensure orders are entered into the ERP system and manage their scheduling and alignment.Retrieve inventory as requested for floor production.Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.Prepare agendas and schedules for production.Maintain and order office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.Perform other related duties as assigned.Essential Skills

Work Environment
Work in a small aircraft engine shop located in Butler, PA. The facility is part of a larger organization with 850,000-square-feet of sales and service facilities across the United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and Brazil. The company offers a customer-focused business model and serves aviation customers through Supply Chain and Inventory Supported Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (ISMRO) services.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
