Responsibilities:

- Support all day-to-day office administration and human resources administration

- Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership team

- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors and partners

- Act as the first point of contact for recruiting

- Handle employee 401k enrollments and annual benefits enrollment

- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in business operations, office management, HR, or executive support in a professional services environment

- Able to maintain strict confidentiality

- Excellent communication skills

- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
