Office Administrator
Description As an Office Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting daily office functions, ensuring organizational efficiency, and assisting staff with administrative tasks. This position requires excellent time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support: + Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, copying, and scanning documents. + Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed. + Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for easy access and accuracy. Office Operations: + Assist in managing office supplies, ordering inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized office space. + Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and other operational needs. + Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls. Reception Support: + Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and supported. + Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails to appropriate team members. Team Collaboration: + Support team members and management with ad hoc tasks or projects to meet office goals. + Facilitate communication within the team and contribute to maintaining a positive work environment. Other Duties as Assigned: + Carry out additional miscellaneous tasks and responsibilities as required to meet office objectives. Requirements Requirements and Qualifications: + Prior experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role preferred. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). + Excellent organizational and time-management skills. + Strong verbal and written communication abilities. + Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. + High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
